The deadline for the BHX is the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, articles will be due by 8:00am on the following Monday.

In an effort to keep the length of the BHX to no more than 12 pages, I ask that each Lay Ministry keep their submissions to a maximum of 600 words. For those Lay Ministries with subcommittees, a 250 word limit per committee is requested (if there are more than 2 subcommittees, the 600 word limit will be increased to accommodate the groups). Also, be sure to indicate if you want to be noted as the author of an article.

Photographs always enhance your articles so please feel free to include them. It is best to send them to me in a JPEG format.

Please send me only the FINAL version of your submission - it is not necessary to include me on your email chain when composing the article.
