Noelle Castin is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, and has been active with the Presbyterian church since she was in junior high school. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French, minor in Religion from Austin College in Sherman, Texas. After graduation, she worked for two years as the Director of Youth Ministry for First Presbyterian Church in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Following her time in NM, she moved overseas and worked at the Armed Forces Recreation Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Upon her return to the United States, she worked at the Council for International Exchange of Scholars with the Fulbright Scholar Program and then was selected to be a DC Teaching Fellow. As a DC Teaching Fellow, Noelle worked as an elementary school teacher for the District of Columbia Public School system for seven years and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching from American University. 

Education programs are available for children age 3 through Grade 5 concurrent with the 10:30 worship service. Child care is available for infants through age 2, provided by professional care-givers. 

Bradley Hills is a part of the Presbyterian Church(USA) Youth Connection, whose goals are to call young people to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to connect them to the whole church, the community and the world.

Bradley Hills Presbyterian Nursery School is a Nursery School of excellence with an international enrollment, offering programs for two, three and four-year-olds. Admission is open to children of all races, faiths, ethnic backgrounds and nationalities.
