Youth Ministry Opportunities

Bradley Hills is pleased to be a part of the Presbyterian Church(USA)Youth Connection, whose goals are to call young people to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to connect them to the whole church, the community and the world.  There are weekly programs for Middlers (grades 6-8) and Senior Highs (grades 9-12) in education and fellowship.

Our programs and activities offered September - May for youth include:

  • Sunday mornings 9:15am Church School for Middlers (grades 6-8)
    and Senior Highs (grades 9-12), plus Confirmation Classes for grades 8 and 9.
  • Sunday evenings 5:00pm-6:30pm  Bradley Hills Youth Fellowship - For grades 6-12, is lead by youth/adult teams.

  • The Presbyterian Youth Connection - events for senior high youth with area Presbyterian churches.
  • Summer Work Camps for grades 6-12.
  • Middler Service Opportunities as youth assistants in the Church School program for young children and as Worship Acolytes.
  • Senior Highs - usher and serve as sound technicians.
  • Christmas Caroling to area nursing homes and the Children's Inn.
  • Fund Raisers such as Easter breakfast and Chili Cookoff to raise money for mission trips.
  • Participate in the annual Souper Bowl.
  • Combined activities and service projects with youth from Bethesda Jewish Congregation
  • Outreach Programs such as Bethesda Cares, S.O.M.E., and Academy of Hope.
  • Worship leadership for Christmas Eve, Easter, and Youth Sunday services.
