Note: Massanetta and Montreat require additional registration.
High School Mission Trip: Appalachia Service Project.
July 15-21.
Who: Rising 9th graders – Graduating 12th graders
Location: TBD, Somewhere in the Appalachian region
Dates: Sunday, June 15- Saturday, June 21
Transportation: We will take two rented 15-passenger vans
Accommodations: TBD, ASP typically leases schools, churches, or community centers to serve as summer centers.
Cost: $500 per person; $100 deposit due ASAP to hold spot in the registration in Realm
Scholarships are available to any family that needs them; contact Rosanna or Jan to request a scholarship.

Massanetta Middle School Conference
July 8-13
Who: Rising 6th graders – Rising 8th graders
Location: Massanetta Springs Presbyterian Conference Center, Harrisonburg, VA
Dates: Mission at Massanetta Tuesday, July 8-10 and the Middle School Retreat Thursday, July 10-13
Transportation: Chaperones will drive the youth in their personal vehicles, if possible, otherwise a van will be rented
Accommodations: Richardson/suite-style: two rooms with 2-3 twin beds and a shared bathroom. Adults and youth do not share suites unless members of the same household desire to do so. Suites include linens.
Cost: $625 per person; $100 deposit due ASAP to hold spot in the registration in Realm

Parents and chaperones: Please click the link as soon as you are able (by April 7) and fill out the online registration. You will need the group hold code (BHPC2025) to create an account and register online. It should only take a few minutes. If the online registration asks you about money, choose the most expensive option and continue with the form. It asks that question so it knows how much to charge the church. You will not have to pay anything when you do the online registration.
Montreat High School Conference
July 5-12
Who: Rising 8th graders – Graduating 12th graders
Location: Montreat Conference Center, Presbyterian Retreat Center, Western Mountains of North Carolina
Dates: Saturday, July 5 – Saturday, July 12
Transportation: The chaperones will drive the youth in rented vans.
Accommodations: Hotel-style options feature private guest rooms and private or “Jack-and-Jill” style bathrooms at South Carolina Inn. No air conditioning.
Cost: $850 per person; $100 deposit due ASAP to hold spot in the registration in Realm
