Alleluia Singers – Sundays, beginning September 20 from 1:00 to 1:30 via Zoom
We are excited to offer Alleluia Singers Choir on Zoom beginning Sunday, September 20rd at 1PM with Marie Marquis! Children from Kindergarten through 5th grade are invited to attend. This year we will be exploring Ways to Praise, focusing throughout the year on different ways to praise God. Our 30-minute weekly zoom sessions will include a short warm-up for our voices and bodies, learning and singing new songs and revisiting old favorites, musical games, and discussion of new musical concepts and ideas in relation to our songs and anthems. We will email out a packet each week including sheet music for upcoming sessions, links to recordings of the pieces that we are working on together, fun musical worksheets, and games or projects to try at home. All children in 5th grade and younger are invited to join DCE Matt Nabinger for a time of music, story, and virtual social engagement every Saturday at 10:30 AM. Parents and family members of children in 5th grade or younger are invited as well! Get ready to practice some crazy dance moves to beloved Vacation Bible School music, engage with the stories of our faith, and find connection.

Youth in 6-12 grades are invited to outdoor in-person youth group gatherings for middle school and high school. There will be separate groups for middle and high school, and all CDC and Montgomery county health guidelines will be observed as we meet for games, socializing, and faith formation!
