2009-2010 Concert Series Friends of Music at Bradley Hills presents the 2009-2010 Concert Series. Artists for this series include: Donald Sutherland and Brass Roots Quintet, Ruth Cunningham, Kyle Babin, and New York Polyphony. The first Concert will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2009, 7:30 p.m., featuring Donald Sutherland and the Brass Roots Quintet.			Sutherland Endowment Fund Competition Guidelines for Composers for Sutherland Endowment Fund Competition. Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church established the endowment fund to the glory of God and in celebration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the call of Donald Sinclair Sutherland to the church as organist and Director of Music, and in honor of his service to God, dedication to the church, stewardship of his gifts, ministry to Bradley Hills and extensive mission in the community and world.
Kyle Babin, Director of Music A native of Texas, Kyle Babin is Director of Music at Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, Maryland, a position he assumed in August of 2008.			Donald Sutherland, Director of Music Emeritus Donald Sinclair Sutherland assumed the position as Director of Music at Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church in 1971 after serving as an Assistant Professor of Organ at Syracuse University.
Choirs at Bradley Hills There are many musical opportunities at Bradley Hills, including the Chancel Choir, the Bradley Hills Ringers, and Children's Music. Our Sanctuary organ was built by the Holtkamp Organ Company of Cleveland, Ohio, and dedicated on December 24, 1972.			Holtkamp Organ Information The Sanctuary organ was built by the Holtkamp Organ Company of Cleveland, Ohio, and dedicated on February 4, 1973. The organ design was by Walter Holtkamp, in consultation with Donald Sutherland, then Director of Music at Bradley Hills.
The Chancel Players Chancel Players, Bradley Hills’ drama troupe, is an intergenerational group of actors/readers who present speech choir readings, monologues, sermon sketches, and chamber/readers theatre selections in worship services. Chancel Players, directed by Andrew Wolvin, has showcased their work in workshops and master classes at local, regional, and national conferences of the Christians in Theatre Arts organization. Like the Chancel Choir, Chancel Players welcomes anyone who would like to participate in this drama ministry.
Art Exhibit The month of December. Paintings by the artists of the non profit organization, Art Enables.			Gathering Space Art In 2006, a generous memorial gift to the church made possible the dream that Bradley Hills Presbyterian Church and the Bethesda Jewish Congregation create a new worship space that could serve the needs of both groups.
