Is It Private?
Realm is safe, private, and secure.
Realm is a highly respected and secure platform used by thousands of churches. Our church’s portal was developed just for Bradley Hills. Your data is not public or searchable on the internet.
- Just for us: Your information can only be seen by Bradley Hills members.
- Access is controlled: Only church members invited by staff can join.
- You control your privacy: You decide what information to share and with whom. By default, only your groups and staff can see your contact and personal information. You decide whether to share it with the entire church.
Visit privacy in Realm for more information.
How Do I Get Signed Up?
The Church Office starts the process.
BHPC staff will set up a Realm account for you. You need an email invitation to sign in the first time and set up your password.
New members. You will automatically receive an email invitation to sign in.
Existing members who haven’t signed in. If you’ve never signed in to your Realm account and set up your password, email Kristen Abbott for an email invitation or contact the Church Office at 301-365-2850.
Already set up your password? Your account is waiting for you! Sign in anytime on our Realm page. Tip: There’s a “Forgot Your Password” link once you click on “Sign In.”
What Should I Do First?
Set up your profile.
The first thing you should do is check and update your profile. Then you’ll be up-to-date and ready to connect.
Here’s how:
- Find your profile. Click on your name and go to MY PROFILE.
- Add a photograph. Upload a personal or family photograph — it’s a great way for people to find you at church. Tip: Use your family photo for every member of your family. Makes for a quick set up.
- Check your profile Information. Use EDIT PROFILE to verify or update your contact and personal information.
- Manage your privacy. Under your profile, use MANAGE PRIVACY to set the information you want to share with the congregation.
- Edit family member profiles. You can update your family information too, using the steps above.

- Children under 13 may not participate and will not be able to sign in.
What people may see. By default, the viewing of your contact and personal information is limited to members of groups you are in, group leaders, and staff members.
If you choose to, however, you can make your information visible to the entire church.
If you prefer to be more private, you can customize how people see specific information, both in your contact information and your personal information.
• Contact Information: Name, Address, Phones, and Email.
• Personal Information: Marital Status, Family Position, Member Status.
You also have the option of sharing your birthday, gender, allergy information, and skills with people in your church.
Note: If you are a group leader or host an event, certain contact information may be visible regardless of the settings you choose.
