The holiday season is just around the corner. We know that this can be a difficult time of year for those who are grieving the loss of someone they love. If you’d like support to help you get through this year’s holidays, we invite you to join us to gain insights on how you can handle the holidays after loss. We will be considering:

• What aspects of the holidays are important to you this year.
• What traditions are important to maintain this year.
• What you might be open to doing differently this year.
• How you can be kind, gentle, and patient with yourself this holiday season.

All are welcome! Take the staircase across from the Lounge to the 3rd Floor to get to Room 305.
