Blue Christmas is an acknowledgement of the harder aspects of the season for those feeling loss, grief, stress, or sadness. All are welcome in the sanctuary for prayer, candle lighting, meditation, music, and word. Reflection by Pastor David Gray. Childcare will be provided.

Christmas can be a wonderful time of the year, but it can also be a challenging one. This service provides time to reflect and know that even with all the hype and hoopla of the holiday, this is still a special time, even when we are feeling disconnected. This service acknowledges pain, grief, stress, and heartbreak, while providing an opportunity to focus on the hope offered through the Christ child’s birth.

There will be two services: one at 1:00 pm and one at 7:30 pm. After each service there is time to gather in small groups, or one on one, for conversation.

For those who would like to participate but are unable to attend, a Zoom link will be offered for the 7:30 service. Check the Bradley Hills emails for the link or contact the Church Office.
